INeedPrompt provides credit-based services. As our services are digital products and credits are available for use immediately upon purchase, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Why We Don't Refund

The primary reasons for our non-refundable policy include:

• Credits Never Expire: Once purchased, you can use your credits at your own pace at any time. There is no pressure to use them quickly.
• Nature of Digital Products: Credits are instantly delivered digital goods. Once they are allocated to your account, we cannot revoke resources that are already available or consumed.
• Trial Mechanism: We provide 300 free credits to new users so you can fully test and experience our services before making a purchase.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds, we will review the following extreme cases on a case-by-case basis:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical glitch.
• Service Non-Delivery: If you have successfully paid but credits were not credited to your account within 24 hours (please contact support first).
