- Trial Mechanism: We provide 300 free credits to new users so you can fully test and experience our services before making a purchase.
While we generally do not offer refunds, we will review the following extreme cases on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical glitch.
